Mrs. Ballone - Kindergarten - Room 112

Mrs. Ballone earned her Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from California University of PA (2004).  She believes that all children have the capacity to learn and she strives to bring out the best in all of her students. Mrs. Ballone has been a teacher in the California Area School District for 16 years.  She previously taught 5th grade Language Arts for 4 years and then transitioned to Kindergarten.  Mrs. Ballone has taught Kindergarten for the past 12 years.  

 

Mrs. Ballone lives with her husband Michael, and they have two dogs, Bear and Max.  She and her husband enjoy going to the beach for vacation.  Their favorite vacation spot is Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.  They enjoy relaxing on the beach, as well as riding bikes.  They also like to look for different signs of nature, especially sea turtles! While at home, they enjoy going on walks, riding their bikes, watching Penguins hockey and all football games.  Mrs. Ballone also enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is excited for the new school year!
